The responsibilities of this role include:

Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
Receiving, handling, and storage of inventory
Maintaining processes and procedures
Supporting the team to deliver our exceptional customer service
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

The successful applicant will possess the following:

A keen eye for detail and accuracy
A team-oriented, proactive and positive attitude
Ability to learn quickly and work calmly under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Capacity for lifting heavier items (e.g. PA speakers) safely and regularly
Competent computer skills and experience using Windows
