We’re hiring a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our fast-paced and passionate team in Broadmeadows. If you’re organised, technically inclined, and love being the person who keeps everything moving, this role is for you.
This is a hands-on position where accuracy, initiative, and great communication matter. You’ll support both internal teams and customers by ensuring the right parts get where they need to go — quickly, smoothly, and with a smile. You’ll also roll up your sleeves and help pick parts when needed.
Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:45pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end spare parts operations, including:
    • Processing purchase orders
    • Receiving goods
    • Invoicing
    • Accurate storage, cataloguing, and location management
  • Support service and sales teams by ensuring fast, accurate parts movement.
  • Interpret parts, manuals, and technical documentation with precision.
  • Coordinate timely dispatch of spare parts with the Service Department.
  • Manage stock outside the sales process, including internal transfers.
  • Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and organise replenishment.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and brands regarding availability and lead times.
  • Ensure parts arrive promptly for customer orders or repair work.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially in cataloguing and stock receipt.
  • Technical aptitude — able to recognise parts by sight (audio knowledge not required).
  • Confident user of Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and make good operational decisions.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter, ideally with electronics knowledge.
  • Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams.
  • Understanding of warehousing operations; forklift licence advantageous.
  • Musicians welcome – not essential but always a nice bonus.
