The responsibilities of this role include:

Providing outstanding customer focussed service across various platforms
Managing all aspects of sales, from handling enquiries, consultation and after sales support
Active involvement in day-to-day store procedures
Working to individual and team goals and deadlines
Attending product and professional training sessions
Maintaining an informative and welcoming retail environment

The successful applicant will possess the following:

Exceptional communication skills that offer genuine, personable and knowledgeable service
Previous experience in customer service (music retail experience is preferred but not essential)
The capability to learn quickly, remaining focussed and calm under pressure
A reliable and proactive work ethic that contributes positively to the team
The ability to take ownership of tasks and work unsupervised
Sound computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
The capacity to work 5 days per week including regular Saturdays
